NIKE ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 3
On January 24th and 25th, we attended the Nike Running Partner Summit BLN / 23 event in Berlin, alongside all of the brand's strategic partners in Europe, and two specialists and a large group from Spain.
During the event, we learned more in-depth about Nike's different products: training shoes, competition shoes, trail shoes, spikes, and apparel; alongside the brand's own athletes, such as Paula Radcliffe, Mo Farah, and Nienke Blinkman. We also tested the Nike Pegasus Trail 4 Gore-Tex in a 10-kilometer race in the company of the winner of Zegama 22, Nienke Brinkman.

Nike Invincible 3 Presentation
The day arrived for the presentation of the new Nike Invincible 3, the American brand's maximum cushioning shoes. Designed to reduce injuries and one of the most anticipated releases of 2023.
Nike's offices in Berlin hosted this event. Its gym, the different rooms for sports, and its NRC application evoked a sporty atmosphere. So much so that we enjoyed breathing exercises, stretches, and, of course, testing the shoes. The brand wanted to create a unique experience around this model, and it succeeded.

Features of the Nike Invincible 3
Nike, in the new Invincible 3, has improved the shoe's stability by increasing the amount of ZoomX in the midsole, with the aim of creating a very comfortable model perfect for your daily workouts.
Its famous ZoomX foam is a lightweight foam that provides cushioning and greater energy return. They have changed the design of the midsole, making it more streamlined and less bulky than the Invincible 2.
The sole of the Nike Invincible 3 is wider than its predecessor, as is the last. This provides greater stability with each stride and the rocker shape will lead to smoother transitions. In this way, they are bringing to market shoes with a broader appeal, as the brand is characterized by having shoes with a narrower last and not much stability.
The upper is made with FlyKnit fabric. They have placed areas of greater breathability there, causing the foot to warm up more. In addition, they have added a smaller clip to the heel that provides greater stability and support for the foot.
Feelings and for which runners it would be intended
From the first wear, you can already feel the comfort and cushioning provided by the ZoomX foam. This does not mean that being comfortable doesn't make it reactive; you can feel that the more you demand from the shoe, the more it responds.
The Nike Invincible 3 is the brand's max cushioning shoe, offering protection with every stride and that spark of responsiveness. It is a perfect model for your daily training, easy runs, and long runs.
This version will also be suitable for medium-to-heavyweight runners who tend to pronate, as it is a very stable shoe with a lot of cushioning.
