1. Credit or debit card

Our Website incorporates the latest advancements in security, guaranteeing the safety of transactions. We use a secure environment for all personal or bank data transmissions, meaning all information you transmit to us is encrypted as it travels across the network.

American Express payments are not accepted.

Your credit card details are not stored on our website or in any of our databases; these details go directly to the payment gateway.

Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any of our own databases, but go directly to the POS (Bank's Point of Sale Terminal). To further increase security, when paying by card, the card number, expiration date, and validation code will be requested. This data provides greater security for the transaction.

    Important note: Credit card fraud is a crime punishable by law. BeUrbanRunning.com will initiate appropriate legal action if a fraudulent transaction is attempted in our online store.

2. Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once the order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam filters (junk mail) or call our Customer Service.

It is very important that you indicate the corresponding order number in the transfer concept. We will reserve the item(s) you have ordered for 3 days following your order confirmation.

Please remember that, depending on the bank, a transfer can take between 12 and 48 business hours to complete. We will not validate the purchase until we see the payment credited to the bank account. If you wish, you can send us the transfer receipt by email to info@beurbanrunning.com

Please remember that all bank fees will be at your expense if you choose this payment method. If we do not receive the exact amount corresponding to your order, your order will be put on hold.
