New Nike release: Structure Plus
The new Nike Structure Plus represents a significant change within Nike's most stable line. This is a shoe designed for runners looking for stride control, deep cushioning, and responsive feel during daily workouts, without sacrificing fun with every stride. And we'll tell you something important: Nike has created a shoe that perfectly combines what a runner expects from a stable model.
Until now, the Nike Structure was associated with firmness and rigid support for pronators. With this Plus version, Nike evolves towards a more natural, fluid, and comfortable concept of stability. This means it maintains the support a runner needs, but without the traditional locked-down feel or harshness underfoot.
At Be Urban Running, we have the great advantage of offering you this exclusive launch, available both in our physical stores and on our website.
Main Features of the Nike Structure Plus
The main element of the Structure Plus is its midsole. For the first time, Nike combines Zoom X with ReactX in a stability shoe. This allows the energy and rebound of ZoomX to be combined with the assistance and support of ReactX, creating a balanced and tremendously comfortable ride. This structure makes the shoe softer than the Structure 26, but with greater energy return and a more elastic feel, which is very unusual for shoes designed for pronators.
Another notable change is the elimination of classic rigid stability pieces. Now, there are no internal plates or internal correction pieces like in older stability models. Pronation correction comes through design, not by locking. Stability is achieved thanks to the asymmetrical midsole geometry and a firmer ReactX along the arch, which offers control without a locked-down feel. The base of the shoe is wider to improve lateral transition and offer support throughout the stride. The entire interior is designed to guide the foot without forcing it, and the structure supports, not dictates.
In terms of profile, the shoe opts for high volumes to offer protection during long runs: 42 mm in the heel, 32 mm in the forefoot, and a 10mm drop, which translates into great impact absorption and less fatigue on long runs.
The upper also marks a leap in quality. The upper is constructed with new generation Engineered Mesh, a transparent fabric that combines softness and structure at the same time. The midfoot is specifically reinforced to hold the foot from the heel to the arch, mimicking the system used in the Structure 26 but applied to a more flexible design.
The outsole further reinforces stability and durability, as it is composed of high-resistance rubber in the heel to withstand repetitive impacts on asphalt and blown rubber in the forefoot to promote smooth and quiet transitions.
In terms of feel, the Nike Structure Plus embraces a different concept of stability than usual. The correction is more natural, fluid, and gentle, allowing you to enjoy the energy of ZoomX without losing support. The stride feels reactive, very protected in the heel, stable in the midfoot, and with a smooth toe-off in the forefoot.

Who is this shoe for?
The Nike Structure Plus is aimed at runners looking for stride control without extreme rigidity, people who need support if they tend to pronate slightly, medium to heavy runners who train at comfortable paces and need deep cushioning to avoid joint overload.
