Carbohydrate-rich energy bar made with dried fruit and pumpkin seeds. The Race Day range is designed in a compact 40g format, easy to carry, chew, and consume during training and competitions. This variety incorporates BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine), banana flakes, ginger, and a vitamin complex.
