What type of runner is it for?

The HOKA Torrent 5 is designed for trail runners looking for a lightweight, agile, and grippy shoe, especially for short to mid-distance training and racing. It is a great choice for those who enjoy running fast on trails and technical terrain but prefer a more direct and responsive feel than that of a maximal-cushioning shoe.
