Hoka Mafate 5 Trail Running Shoes

HOKA Mafate 5 Men's Trail Running Shoes

The Hoka Mafate 5 are positioned as a benchmark in long-distance trail running. They retain the DNA of the Mafate line with significant improvements for those who demand extreme comfort without sacrificing traction and stability.

Key features

Dual-density cushioning + Rocker Integrity technology
With a supercritical soft foam midsole (up to a 45mm stack height) and a firm base that guides the footstrike, these shoes offer protection and reactive rebound without losing control.

Vibram MegaGrip outsole with 5mm lugs
Provides exceptional traction on wet and dry terrain. Its segmented design acts as an adaptive suspension that maintains firm contact with the ground.

Dynamic Vamp + durable Warp Knit upper
Lighter, more breathable, and durable material, with attachment points for optional gaiters, perfect for keeping feet clean on long runs.

Who are they designed for?

Runners who need protection and performance on technical and long terrain, from ultra trails to demanding stages.

Ideal for medium to heavy runners looking for generous cushioning without sacrificing control.

The rocker and wide base provide stability, though less so on very uneven descents.
