The Bondi 8 is Hoka's most cushioned and efficient neutral shoe. And that cushioning is noticeable. Running shoes ideal for girl runners of above average weight who train and compete over long distances.

In this version they come with softer and lighter foams (but with a slightly firmer tread sensation than expected), and a new enlarged heel geometry.

Very comfortable and breathable technical mesh upper with a Comfort Frame tongue that is padded and partially reinforced.

Ortholite Hybrid inner insole (recycled).

EVA foam midsole with early stage Meta Roker that helps you have a more fluid step.

The Durabrasion rubber outsole is suitable for running on the road or on well-maintained trails. Placing the rubber in zones is a strategy to save weight.
