How can I purchase at BeUrbanRunning.com?
Buying at BeUrbanRunning.com is very simple:
Select the product you want to buy by clicking on its name or image and you will enter the product sheet for each item. Select the size and press the "Add to cart" button. You can go to checkout directly through the pop-up or continue shopping.
Once you have added all the products you want, go to the cart, from the cart icon and all the products you have been adding will be displayed to purchase them, click on "Checkout". You can place an order quickly or by registering.
If you are already a registered user, log in and your shipping or billing information will be displayed, you can add the shipping addresses you want and have a different billing address, press continue to select the shipping method.
You can pick up your orders at any of our stores or we will send them to the address you indicate, press continue to select the payment method.

What are BeUrbanRunning delivery options?
Our shipments are always with Correos Express, and they will arrive at your home in 24-48 hours on business days, if everything goes normally.
Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next business day.
For international shipments we ship with UPS.
You can also pick it up in one of our stores always for free. In this case, shipping may take between 3 and 5 business days. In any case, we will notify you when you can pick up the order.

How can I track my shipment?
Log in to the website and access your account, in the Order History section you will see the status of your order at all times. If you selected that we send your order to an address, these are made through Correos Express, with the tracking number you will be able to see its situation. I want to change the delivery address.
If it happens that you have made a mistake or want to send the order to another address, quickly contact us by email info@beurbanrunning.com
Indicate in the subject “change of address” and write us the order number and new address in the email.

Time is essential in this case, since if the order has already been sent, it will be impossible for us to change the delivery address.

How to request a change?

What happens if there is no stock when I request a size change?
In this case, we will suggest changing it for a similar product that meets your expectations (don't forget that we are specialists) and we will advise you on other alternatives. If you do not find anything to your liking, we will proceed as a normal return without collection costs (as long as it is the first time).
As soon as we receive the product and verify that everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount.

How long does the refund take?
Once we receive the product and verify that everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Normally, within approximately 24 – 48 hours. Although sometimes it may depend on the banking entity and the conditions that the client has.

Can I return the product or exchange it for another one?
You have a period of 1 year for any return. You just have to click on the following link to access the returns form and fill out the necessary information so that we can make the exchange:

I have received a different product than the one I ordered. What I do?
If the item is wrong, just send us an email to devoluciones@beurbanrunning.com explaining the error made in the message. Don't forget to tell us your contact phone number.
When we verify the error we will notify you and we will send you a carrier to pick up said item. Once received by us we will send you (free of charge) the correct item. If the wrong product is used, we will not be able to exchange or return it.
In these two cases, the exchange or return will have no cost and the customer will be able to decide whether to receive the correct product again or cancel their order and receive the full amount of their purchase, including shipping costs if applicable.
Also, in both cases the customer must wait for the approval of the exchange/return operation by BeUrbanRunning.

The product has a defect
If the product is defective after a reasonable period of use, the customer will have to send us to devoluciones@beurbanrunning.com some photographs of the product, where the defect can be easily seen.
Once the email is received, the Customer Service Dept. will contact you to process the return or exchange of the product.
Due to health, hygiene and safety regulations, any used garment must be washed before sending it to us. If we receive a used garment without washing: We will NOT process your claim and we will contact you to tell us what steps to follow to return the garment. Since BeUrbanRunning.com will not assume any shipping costs in these cases.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 1 year without the need for justification, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
The withdrawal period will expire 365 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the purchased goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires. In order to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, you must return the purchased item to us in exactly the same conditions as it was delivered in the sale. Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payments received from you, excluding, if this occurs, those of the depreciation suffered by the good and/or its original packaging. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction. In case of voluntary return, the value of shipping and collection costs will be deducted. That is very easy, but for computer security reasons, the client must do it by following these steps:
