How can I make a purchase?

Buying at Beurbanrunning.com is very easy:

1. Find your product

Use the search engine or browse through the categories and filters menu.

2. Choose the size and add it to your cart

On the product page, select your size and click Add to cart.

3. Check your cart

Access the shopping cart icon to view your items, modify quantities, or remove products.

4. Sign in or check out as a guest

- If you have an account, log in.

- If this is your first purchase, you can register or check out as a guest.

5. Choose your payment method

Choose from the available options (card, Bizum, financing, etc.)

6. Confirm your order

- Check that everything is correct and press Place order.

- You will see a confirmation on screen and receive an email with the details of your purchase.

What payment method can I use?

In our online store, you can pay quickly and securely with the following options:

  • Credit or debit card (except American Express or any other foreign card) All transactions are encrypted for your security.
  • Bizum , pay easily with your mobile.
  • Paypal , buy online without sharing your bank details.
  • Bank transfer . You'll receive our details by email when you confirm your order. (The order is held for 3 days until payment is received.)
  • Cash on delivery , pay in cash upon receiving your package (available only in mainland Spain, with an additional cost)
  • Financing with SeQura : Pay later : up to 7 days after shipping. Pay in installments: divide your purchase into 3, 6, 12, or 18 months, with a fixed monthly cost.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in and go to My Account > Orders and click on the order number to see all the order details.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking link so you can know where your order is at all times.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Modification : Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes. However, you can cancel it until the preparation stage.
  • Cancellation : If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@beurbanrunning.com. You can cancel it as long as it is not yet being prepared or shipped and before it leaves our warehouse. If the order is being prepared or shipped, we cannot cancel it internally, so you will need to receive and return the order.

How can I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code, follow these steps:

  1. Select the products you want and add them to your cart.
  2. In your shopping cart, you'll see an option to apply your code. It's right above the "Checkout" button.
  3. Enter or copy the code and click Apply. Once applied, you'll see the discounted amount in the subtotal.
  4. Proceed to the next step by clicking on Make Purchase.

Can I receive my order in multiple packages?

Yes, if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate deliveries.

What happens if I make my purchase after 12:00?

If the purchase is made after 12:00 p.m., the order will be processed the following business day.

How can I pay with a gift card?

  1. Add the product or products to the cart.

Conditions for the use of gift cards:

  • The gift card is for single use only, so you must spend the full amount on the card in a single purchase. You can combine up to two cards in a single order.
