Midsole with DNA LOFT cushioning and support through GuideRails. They are cushioned but reactive shoes.
With the Brooks Adrenaline Gts 22 you can successfully tackle all distances, from a 5K to a Marathon. Of course, they are more made for those who go at paces starting at 4.30 min per km.
