How can I buy at

Buying at is very easy:

Select the product you wish to buy by clicking on its name or image and you will enter the product sheet of each item. Select the size and click on the "Add to cart" button. You can go to the checkout directly through the pop-up window or continue shopping.

Once you have added all the products you want, go to the cart, from the cart icon and it will show all the products you have been adding to buy them, click on "Checkout". You can place a quick order or register.

If you are already a registered user, log in and your shipping or billing details will be displayed, you can add as many shipping addresses as you wish and have a different billing address, click continue to select your shipping method.

You can pick up your orders at any of our shops or we will send it to the address you indicate, click continue to select the payment method.

Then select Payment Method. We remind you that payment is 100% secure through the Redsys POS provided by La Caixa.

You have several payment methods available, by VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

What are the delivery options of BeUrbanRunning?

Orders received after 12:00 noon will be handled the next day.

For international shipments we ship with UPS.

You can also pick it up at one of our shops, always free of charge. In this case the delivery may take between 3 and 5 working days. In any case, we will let you know when you can pick up your order.

How can I track my shipment?

Log in to the website and access your account, in the Order History section you will see the status of your order at all times. If you selected to have your order sent to an address, these are sent through Correos Express, with the tracking number you will be able to see the status of your order. Go to: and check your order.

I want to change the delivery address.

If it happens that you have made a mistake or you want to send the order to another address, please contact us as soon as possible by email at

Please indicate in the subject "change of address" and write the order number and the new address in the email.

Time is of the essence here, because if the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to change the delivery address.

What happens if there is no stock when I request a size change?

In this case, we will offer you an exchange for a similar product that meets your expectations (don't forget that we are specialists) and we will advise you on other alternatives. If you do not find anything you like, we will proceed as a normal return without the collection costs (provided it is the first time).

As soon as we receive the product and check that everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund.

How long does the refund take?

Well, this depends on each bank and payment method. Once we receive the product and check that everything is correct, we will proceed to the refund to the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Normally, you will receive your money within 1-2 days.

Can I return the product or exchange it for another one?

Of course, you have a period of 1 year for any exchange or return, just follow these steps:

We will contact you to confirm that everything is correct and we will send a courier to pick up the package.

Once received and checked, we will send you the requested product. If you purchase a higher priced product, we will send you a link to proceed with the payment of the difference.

If, on the other hand, the price is lower or you request a refund, we will reimburse you the difference using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

REMEMBER, returns of your own volition will be subject to the corresponding transport costs, which will be subtracted from the refund you will receive.

I received a different product than the one I ordered, what should I do? ¿Qué hago?

When we check the error we will notify you and send a carrier to collect the item. Once received by us we will send you (free of charge) the correct item. If the wrong item is used, we will not be able to exchange or return it.

In these two cases the exchange or return will be free of charge and the customer can decide whether to receive the correct product again or cancel their order and receive the full amount of their purchase, including shipping costs if they have been applied.
