Which spike shoes for middle distance to buy

Remember that it is essential that the shoes must be approved by the IAAF. This way you will be able to compete with them in the different athletics competitions.  Although in this case there are no problems, there are problems with the competition shoes for asphalt races.

The distances that fall into the middle distance range from 800 metres to 1,500 metres. Here we will find shoes with a little more cushioning in the heel and with 6 mm spikes.
